Small loader encounters unexpected failures and solutions

In our actual life applications, small loaders are widely used, but it is inevitable that there will be failures in use. Each gear of the small loader does not move or walks weakly. The fault range can be limited to the torque converter and the walking pump. , pressure reducing valve and other common oil circuits and components. When this kind of failure occurs, it can be observed that the main drive shaft does not rotate when the whole machine is not moving
For this kind of failure, first check whether the hydraulic oil star in the gearbox is sufficient. The method is to make the engine in a rapid state, observe that the oil level should be in the middle of the oil mark on the side of the gearbox, and replenish the oil in time if the oil level cannot be seen. liquid. After the oil level is normal, it is judged whether the fault appears suddenly or gradually. If it is a sudden failure, the pressure reducing valve should be disassembled to see whether it is dirty, whether the surface of the valve core is scratched and stuck at the smallest oil supply position, it can be solved by cleaning and grinding, and then check whether the spline of the traveling pump connection sleeve is damaged ;If the fault symptoms appear slowly, it is generally a fault caused by the gradual wear of the walking system parts or poor oil cleanliness, and can be checked in the following order:
(1) Determine whether the fault is in the torque converter. Check the mechanical oil return filter installed on the rear frame of the vehicle. If there is a large amount of aluminum powder attached to the filter, it can be concluded that the bearing in the torque converter is damaged and the “three wheels” are worn. The torque converter should be dismantled and replaced. parts and clean the oil circuit.
The transmission oil in the working oil chamber of the torque converter must be kept full during operation. Insufficient oil will reduce the output torque and cause the main drive shaft to rotate weakly or stop rotating. During the inspection, disengage the oil return ( (2) If the oil return from the torque converter to the gearbox is normal, run the engine at high speed. If the oil return is small, check whether there is any dirty blockage or air leakage in the oil suction line of the walking pump. Mainly check whether the oil suction filter installed in the gearbox and the rubber hose of the walking pump are aging, falling off or bending inside, etc.
(3) If the above is normal, it can be judged that the volumetric efficiency of the walking pump is low, and the walking pump should be replaced.
(4) Walking weakness failure - Generally, the failure of the torque converter oil return cooling circuit is not considered.

Drivers who often drive small loaders will definitely encounter some failures of one kind or another. This article introduces some failures and solutions for you, hoping to help drivers and masters.
