1: Accelerator and brake pedal: During the working process of the small loader, the accelerator should always be kept steady. Under normal working conditions, the accelerator opening is about 70%. Don’t step on it to the end, it is appropriate to leave a certain margin. When working, the feet should be removed from the brake pedal and placed flat on the floor of the cab, just like driving, and the feet should not be placed on the brake pedal at ordinary times. Doing so can prevent the foot from stepping on the brake pedal unintentionally. For example, when working on potholes, the bumps of the equipment will cause the foot to press the brake pedal, which will cause the vehicle to move, and it is also prone to danger.
Two: The combination of lifting and bucket control levers. The usual shovel digging process of the loader is to put the bucket flat on the ground first, and drive gently to the stockpile. When the bucket meets resistance when shoveling parallel to the material pile, the principle of raising the arm first and then retracting the bucket should be followed. This can effectively prevent the bottom of the bucket from being resisted, so that a greater breakout force can be fully exerted.
Three: Observe the road conditions in advance. When working, you need to always pay attention to the road conditions ahead, especially when loading, pay attention to the distance between the small loader and the material, and also pay attention to the distance and height of the dump and the transport vehicle.
Four: Pay attention to combined actions during the loading process of the small loader:
Shovel in: walk (forward), enlarge the arm, and level the bucket at the same time, that is, when you walk to the front of the material pile, your ~ bucket should also be placed in place, and you can shovel in with momentum;
Do dumping, arm lifting and reversing at the same time, while reversing, slowly raise the boom and straighten the bucket, and after reverting to the forward gear, continue to lift the boom while walking; unloading: start dumping when you are not far from the car When unloading, there is no need to worry about the material pouring out, because if the action is fast enough, the material will start to slide due to inertia, and will not come down immediately.
