How to Flush Loader Accessories

Loader accessories are the basic parts that make up a loader. These accessories will definitely produce oil stains during use or replacement. So for such contaminated loaders, how should we flush them to keep the accessories in good condition? The editor gives you the following suggestions:
1. The oil filter should be inspected and replaced every 500 hours or three months.
2. Rinse the inlet oil filter of the oil pump regularly.
3. Check whether the hydraulic oil of the loader accessories is acidified or contaminated by other pollutants. The smell of the hydraulic oil can roughly identify whether it has deteriorated.
4. Repair leaks in the system.
5. Make sure that no foreign particles enter the fuel tank from the vent cap of the fuel tank, the plug seat of the oil filter, the sealing gasket of the oil return line, and other openings in the fuel tank.
6. If an electro-hydraulic servo valve is used in the system, the flushing plate of the servo valve should allow the oil to flow from the oil supply pipeline to the collector and directly return to the oil tank. This allows the oil to circulate repeatedly to flush the system and allow the oil to flow. Filter out solid particles. During the flushing process, check the oil filter of the loader accessories every 1 to 2 hours to prevent the oil filter from being clogged by pollutants. Do not open the bypass at this time. If you find that the oil filter begins to clog, check it immediately. Change oil filter.
This is the basic method of flushing loader accessories. Although we have pointed out the flushing cycle before, this is not fixed. If the application is more frequent, the natural flushing cycle should also be shorter, which needs to be operated according to the specific situation.
