Do you know the correct operation method of the loader?

The correct operation method of the loader’s flexibility can be summarized as: one is light, two is stable, three is separated, four is diligent, five is cooperative, and six is strictly forbidden.

One : When the loader is working, the heel is pressed on the floor of the cab, the foot plate and the accelerator pedal are kept parallel, and the accelerator pedal is lightly stepped on.

Second : when the loader is working, the accelerator should always be stable. Under normal operating conditions, the throttle opening should be around 70%.

Three : When the loader is working, the footboard should be separated from the brake pedal and placed flat on the floor of the cab without stepping on the brake pedal. Loaders often work on uneven construction sites. If the foot is kept on the brake pedal, the body will move up and down, causing the driver to accidentally press the brake pedal. Under normal circumstances, use the method of controlled throttle deceleration to control engine conditions and gear changes. This not only avoids overheating of the brake system caused by frequent braking, but also brings convenience to the rapid acceleration of the loader.

Four : When the loader is working, especially when the electric shovel is working, the bucket should be filled with materials by cyclically pulling the lifting and bucket control levers when the accelerator is stable. The cyclic pull of the lift lever and bucket lever is called “dumb”. This process is very important and has a great impact on fuel consumption.

Five: Coordination is the organic cooperation between the lifting and bucket control levers. The typical digging process for a loader begins with laying the bucket flat on the ground and pushing it steadily toward the stockpile. When the bucket encounters resistance when it is parallel to the shovel pile, the principle of first lifting the arm and then closing the bucket should be followed. This can effectively avoid the resistance at the bottom of the bucket, so that a large breakthrough force can be fully exerted.

Six : First, tire slippage is strictly prohibited. When the loader is working, the tires will slip when the accelerator hits the resistance. This phenomenon is usually caused by the driver’s improper operation, which not only increases fuel consumption, but also damages the tires. Second, it is strictly forbidden to tilt the rear wheels. Due to the large breakthrough force of the loader, the driver is usually in the process of shoveling soil and rocky mountains. If not done properly, the two rear wheels can easily come off the ground. The landing inertia of the lifting action will cause the blades of the bucket to break and the bucket to deform; when the rear wheel is raised very high, it is easy to cause the front and rear frame welds to crack, and even the steel plate to break. Third, it is strictly forbidden to crack down on stocks. When shoveling ordinary materials, the loader can be operated in gear II, and it is strictly forbidden to perform inertial impact on the material pile above gear II. The correct method is to switch the gear to I gear in time when the bucket is close to the material pile to complete the shoveling process.
