1. Check the oil before use
（1） Check the grease filling amount of each pin shaft lubrication point, pay special attention to the parts with low grease filling frequency, such as: front and rear axle drive shafts, 30 models from torque converter to gearbox drive shaft, auxiliary vehicle Hidden parts such as frame pin, engine fan, hood pin, control flexible shaft, etc.
（2）Check the fuel filling quantity. During the inspection process, pay attention to observe whether the fuel quality has deteriorated, whether the water in the diesel filter has been drained, and replace the fuel filter element if necessary.
（3） Check the filling quantity of hydraulic oil, pay attention to whether the hydraulic oil has deteriorated during the inspection process.
（4）Check the oil level of the gearbox. During the inspection process, pay attention to whether the hydraulic oil has deteriorated (the oil-water mixture is milky white, or the oil level is too high).
（5）Check the amount of engine coolant filling. During the inspection process, pay attention to observe whether the coolant has deteriorated (the mixture of oil and water is milky white), whether the water tank guard is blocked, and clean it if necessary.
（6）Check the amount of engine oil filling to ensure that the oil level is within the standard range. During the inspection process, pay attention to whether the oil has deteriorated (whether there is oil-water mixing, which is milky white).
（7） Check the amount of brake fluid filled. During the inspection process, pay attention to observe whether there is leakage in the pipeline of the brake system and the brake caliper, and whether the water in the air outlet is completely emptied.
（8） Check the air filter, remove the filter element to remove dust, and replace it if necessary.
2. Inspection before and after starting the small loader
(1)Go around the machine before starting to check whether there are any obstacles around the loader and whether there are obvious defects in the appearance.
(2)Insert the start key, turn it to the first gear, and observe whether the instruments work normally, whether the battery power is sufficient, and whether the low-voltage alarm is normal.
(3) When starting the engine at idle speed, check whether the indication values of each instrument are normal (whether the indication values of each pressure gauge meet the requirements of use, and there is no fault code display).
(4)Check the effectiveness of the parking brake and adjust it if necessary.
(5)Check whether the color of the engine exhaust smoke is normal and whether there is any abnormal sound.
(6)Turn the steering wheel to check whether the steering is normal and whether there is any abnormal sound.
(7)Check the operation of the boom and bucket to ensure that the operation process runs smoothly without stagnation and abnormal noise, and add butter if necessary.
3. Small loader walking inspection
(1) Check each gear position of the small loader to see if the shifting operation is smooth, whether there is any sticking phenomenon, and whether there is any abnormal noise during the walking process.
(2) Check the braking effect, step on the foot brake while walking forward and backward, check whether the braking effect meets the requirements, ensure that each braking is effective, and exhaust the brake pipeline if necessary.
(3)After stopping the machine, go around the machine again, and check whether there is any leakage in the brake pipeline, hydraulic pipeline, variable speed travel and power system.
